ABOUT THIS PROJECT
We’re not usually known for flights of fancy but when a plot of land became available we were not put off by the small fact that it had no planning permission in place. Seeing the potential we took this project through the entire planning process and built 3 high quality 3-bedroomed family homes. Being within the conservation area of Syston, we had to great care to comply with every restriction on design and materials; a challenge we enjoyed as we always strive to be as sympathetic as possible to the environment within which we are working. Our ability to work closely with local planning authorities ensured that the build ran without major hitches and we soon realised the original vision we’d had when there was only mud and rubble before us.
